45-minute FRQ. Implement the Studio class (three mechanisms): - constructor takes the hourly rate (int cents) - book(String band) adds the band's name to the booking list if not already booked (returns true; false when already present — no duplicates) - bill(String band, int hours) returns rate * hours for a BOOKED band, or 0 for an unbooked one - roster() returns the number of booked bands (no duplicates counted) - endMonth() returns the total billed across all bill() calls and resets the billing total (bookings persist) Implement the class.
