Debug the vowel check

isVowel is missing uppercase vowels and compiles fine — it just answers wrong for 'O' and 'U' (and claims some consonants are vowels? no — it misses two). Repair it with the smallest change so all ten vowel letters return true and consonants return false. Hint: a tidy fix converts the char to lowercase first.
