Implement static List<string> PluginNames(Assembly assembly): find all non-abstract classes in the assembly that implement interface IPlugin (defined below), call their parameterless constructor, read their Name property, and return the names sorted alphabetically. Cache nothing — correctness first. Define public interface IPlugin { string Name { get; } } in your Solution file.
