Assembly scan with flags

Implement static List<string> StaticStringMembers(Type type): return the names of all public static fields AND properties of type string, sorted. Also implement static int CountMethods(Type type, string namePrefix) counting public instance methods whose name starts with the prefix (exclude property accessors and constructors).
